Ingredients:

Vegetable oil
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Green pepper or pimiento cut in strips
1 lb Artichoke hearts
1/2 c Dry cider
Salt and pepper

Methods:

Heat the oil in a pan. Put in the onion and green pepper, and add the artichoke hearts cut in two. Pour in the cider. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
