Artichoke Nibbles Recipe

2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 glove garlic, minced
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. hot pepper seasoning
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. minced parsley
4 eggs
Methods:
Drain marinade from 1 jar artichokes into a frying pan. Drain other jar. Chop all the artichokes and set aside. Add garlic and onion to the frying pan and saute until onion is limp. Add crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture. Add beaten eggs over top. Turn into a greased 7×11 inch pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until set when lightly touched. Let cool in pan; then cut into
