Ingredients:

Dressing:
2 tbs Light mayonnaise
1 tbs Cider vinegar
2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper

Slaw:
4 c Shredded green cabbage
1 lg Peach, diced

Methods:

Whisk dressing ingredients in a serving bowl until blended. Stir in cabbage and peach. Chill and serve.
